Change is always occurring; this is also true for the yoga practice. To sustain a yoga practice is for practitioners who are seeking to transform their practice or for those who want to explore the full scope of their yoga practice. These sessions are designed to deepen self-understanding, sustain health, enhance or sustain energy levels and increase vitality using different tools from the yoga tradition.

My Process

As we move through life our needs change and sometimes, we get a little stuck in our yoga practice and we no longer feel the peace that we used to. This can be a sign that we have so much going on in our lives that we need to transform our practice to become more nurturing or perhaps change the level of intensity. Working together we will develop a transformational practice where we recreate your rituals and create opportunities to deepen and restructure your practice.

Yes, beyond yoga we also use creative expression such as sound, visualization, and journaling; relational activities such as storytelling and restorative practices such as creating silence, chanting, and meditation as well as rituals and creating sacred space.
